Celebrating Our 20 Year Anniversary
I began a journey 20 years ago; little did I know that the journey would lead to an amazing experience which has changed my life. I thought I was merely starting a business, instead God led me down a path to create something much more significant. There have been highs and there have been lows. I have met incredible people, experienced challenges that I never dreamed possible, and learned so much from many of you. There are two sides to this story that merge into one fantastic outcome. Bluewater began because God had faith in me, my wife Dorothy had faith in God and together we believed that we could do something unique.
Our mission has evolved over the years, but the central purpose remains, to engage in a highly positive experience that is transformational for people in the workplace. Since 2003, we have served over 1100 clients, and completed more than 5000 learning and talent projects. This was only possible because of the dedicated and amazing people that I have had the pleasure to work alongside at Bluewater. There are hundreds of you that I must thank. I love and appreciate you all and thank you for everything you have accomplished for your fellow employees, our clients and Bluewater. The Bluewater Way is your way, and YOU are the reason I find so much joy coming to work each day.
To all our clients, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting us with your projects, your business, your future goals, and sometimes your careers. There are many of you that we have continued long term relationships, what a gift! And then there are those that have since retired, yet the relationship continues! I love that we create relationships; our business is not simply transactional. Because of the relationships we have built, and the years of experience Bluewater offers, we have a legacy of witnessing positive impact on our client’s business.

I value our relationship, I am thankful for every project we have worked on together, and I look forward to more projects, serving more clients, more successes, and more memories. My faith in God set Bluewater on a path 20 years ago. I believe through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and my faith in Christ, we were able to weather the storm of the 2009 recession and the 2020 pandemic. I am humbled and thankful that we made it through those tough times. As much as I am grateful and honored by our past accomplishments, we are not done yet, our future is bright! I am thankful for the opportunity, the love, and the grace. How amazing will be the journey that continues…
