Sharon’s role at Bluewater is to ensure all clients have the on-going support they need and experience the exceptional value Bluewater is committed to providing. With her expertise in account management, software implementations, and project management, she leads operations and service delivery where she supports her teams to identify needs and execute solutions that optimize Human Capital Management strategies.
Sharon has over 20 years of account management, software implementation and project management experience, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Her experiences leverage skills in the areas of talent acquisition, assessment, succession planning, performance management, engagement management and leadership development. She has a passion for establishing strong partnerships with her clients and is a valuable and trusted advisor. Even more so, she is intensely focused on building strong, cohesive teams and empowering individuals to find their best selves at Bluewater.
In addition to service delivery, Sharon is accountable for internal business operations and infrastructure.
Sharon is a member of the executive team and resides in Dallas with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not immersed in all things Bluewater, she can be found traveling with her family to destinations that are off the beaten path.
