With her expertise in account management, software implementations, and project management, she leads operations where she supports her teams to help identify needs and execute solutions that help optimize Human Capital Management strategies.
Sharon has over 15 years of account management, software implementation and project management experience and is a certified Project Management Professional. Her experiences leverage skills in the areas of talent acquisition, assessment, succession planning, performance management and leadership development. She has a passion for establishing strong partnerships with her clients and is a valuable and trusted advisor.
Sharon lives in Dallas with her husband and two daughters, and is passionate about traveling.
